I cannot go to Germany, particularly north Germany w/o a good plate of Matjes Herring in Cream Sauce! Something like this.

Tonight we had baked salmon, roasted potato sticks, roasted, cut red onions with balsamic vinegar and oil over them and broccoli. Very good. No pictures, you'll have to take my word for it.
