I may have just had my first really bad LA experience. Over the winter I won a number of daylilies from a seller I've never bought from, but had good ratings. I never received my order and they're not answering any of my several emails. Their last feedback is from Nov. 2011, so I guess I'm not the only one who didn't get an order. I contacted LA support and they're not getting any answers from them through email either. They gave me their phone number. So I guess my next step will be to try to call them.
While not from the LA, I'm having a similar problem from someone I bought from right here on this website. Was told they'd ship my plant earlier in May. Though I've never ordered from this person before, they have a website. No plant came and now they aren't answering my t-mails even as they continue to post in the forums.
Guess from now on I'll have to stick with those I already have experience with.
