I've got quite a bit of that on some of my plants too and I get it most years. Seems to happen more in the early part of the season here. When we get the most rain, though I can't say for sure that it's the cause? I think it's leaf streak. I just cut it off my plants, as far as I know that's about all you can do? But I could be wrong? This is just my own observations.
