Interesting! How big do the plants get? Do they die back to the ground like moscheutos or maintain dormant stems like mutabilis?

Mine are at around 3 1/2 feet but they are supposed to get around 5 feet. they are rated for zones 6-9. They have dormant stems like H. mutabils but I believe I read somewhere that the stems may freeze back in the colder areas of their range, but will come back from the roots. Mine have been hit with a couple of upper 20's a couple of times with no problem, they're still blooming. They are rated for zones 6-9.
