Chris: This is a great tip! I love the watering can used as a vase ... and those blooms are really gorgeous!! What type of flower is that?

I've been known to stick flowers in any available container that will hold water! Smiling I once even used a little ceramic birdhouse that I filled with water for a few daisy stems .

A few containers I currently have holding cut flowers ... all fading at the moment but I thought I'd share some examples to give folks some more ideas of containers that can be used:

A little glass cruet holding rain lilies, gloriosa lily, rose and penta stem:
