I haven't really tried to propagate them. To tell you the truth, as Daylilies are my major obsession, all open ground is now mostly structured around where I can put new ones. With over 600 and more arriving all the time, they do take up a fair amount of space. And lovely though the azaleas are when they bloom, it's pretty short ( maybe two weeks) and they are pretty boring for the rest of the season. But if you play your Daylily cards right, you get continuous bloom from June to frost. I'm a fan of color!
