Alabama Jubilee has been a disappointment for me. I bought it because of its rust-resistance rating, but it has been such a rust bucket since I got it in 2020 that I have had to keep cutting it back, and I have never seen it bloom.

I can only assume that when it went through the rust tests, it wasn't exposed to the rust strains I have in my garden. That's been the case for other cultivars I've had as well such as Buttered Popcorn.

I am going to have to get rid of Alabama Jubilee. I'm sad because I love its color in pictures.
