I tried mac and cheese in the Instant Pot. Unbelievably fast and easy. The recipe I followed started with liquid (water or chicken broth), uncooked macaroni pasta, and seasonings. High pressure for 5 minutes then manual release. Stir in milk and cheeses (cheddar, mozarella, parmesan). Voila, done!
