Houseplants! I never thought to look there. D'Oh! The ground does not freeze here and we were only below freezing for 12 hours. We got down to 27 - 29 depending on who you ask. Whistling

Loretta, there are a number of begonias that might be hardy for you. There is a fellow in the Mid Atlantic somewhere that has developed quite a few hardy ones. I can't think of his name offhand but when it comes to me I'll let you know. He posts in the Mid Atlantic Gardening on Facebook. It seems like his are mostly rexes.
