I have had Peggy Jeffcoat in my Zone 4b garden for 20 years now - here she is potted still in 2001, in more sun than ultimate position, but nevertheless great
She was then planted in a fairly shady position, which sad to say became shadier, but did she mind - heck no
She is a little taller here than the registered 18" and as for buds there's no stopping her
