I've come a long way from having a paralyzing general phobia on a ridiculous level about any spider, to appreciating some of them. Gardening has been the vehicle for that mental healing.

These little jumpers are sooo smart and attentive! They seem as curious about me as I am about them, and so few of them show any fear. They have earned my admiration and this kind of spider no longer scares me at all.
