I have one very much like that, same color and same kind of beard. It may be the same cultivar. I too have no idea what its name is. It's a beautiful thing, gets very tall and lots of buds per stalk. I've had my peach get to 44-46" with massive branches. I got it from a friend when she sent me over some other known cultivars, but she says that she doesn't ever recall seeing it. She's an iris show judge. She saw it in my garden in all its glory, and said that it is definitely "show worthy" with the candelabra budding. Alas, she has no idea. I even sent several pics to our local chapter of AIS and no one had a clue. But, there are so many buff-peach-pinkish irises that it's almost impossible to know.
