I totally believe that the phases of the moon have a direct effect on people. Of course it could be that people know when the moon is full and this just gives them an excuse to act plumb dumb. We listen to a police scanner sometimes and when the moon is full the folks talk about how bad the night will be. They are usually very right.
I know our weather here in Ne Ms has been about 10 degrees warmer since the first of March. Then, we flipped the last week of May and now. We're cooler than normal but way cooler than last year when we broke all known records for heat in the summer of 2011.
Sure can keep us guessing!!!
