There are lots of great seed swaps on this site. I've personally participated in several of them.
If you look under Useful Tools you'll find Seed Swaps. Most take place in autumn or winter.
I'm sure your friend will find one that suits their need. The swap tool Dave (the owner of the site) created is the best! All the swaps I've been in here have been fair, fun & you get amazing seeds all at a great price!
