My garden..my "Peaceful Haven"
In the past, I've had a few favorite Iris bloom nicely, then suddenly be GONE! I've since learned to cut bloomed stalks down to the rhizome & occasionally no new fans are present..which could lead to what I've heard as "bloom out"
In fact, I was sad a few favorites didn't bloom this year, but looking closer, realized only ONE fan..so thankful it was "smart enough" not to bloom!
My question- is there some fertilizer that can be used after bloom season that will actively encourage new fan's growth???
My Kathy Chilton will be gone if new fans don't happen this summer. Any suggestions greatly appreciated 🙂
God's in his Heaven, all's right in my World
