Here I grow Dumortieri, and judge how my season is going by that. It had its 1st blooms yesterday, I think that is the latest it has ever bloomed. It usually blooms in April, the earliest I have recorded is April 15, but I feel i remember it even earlier. My iris blooms are a little late this year. By this time they are usually at peak bloom, but several days behind for them.
