sunburn most the time happens when the plant is not used to the strong rays and yes put right in to the inferno of our sun......needs to be weaned in to the sun. But yes these will do good with full sun if they are used to it makes there skin used to it like us.

water on the leaves ....2 reasons i know people say no ... first if done in late morning/afternoon a water drop is like a magnifying glass it will cause sun damage to the leaves.

second if leaves remain wet to long...like over cool night or like mine over 3-4 days rain and no sun or air movement to dry them GUESS what...i said about wet ...rot i have several that the tips of my plant are rotting I uprooted 20 of my plants and 1 had rot in the roots and all 20 have rot on the tips of the stems.

the plant leaves are sensitive to chemicals so if you spray for bugs or anything like that make sure you wash it off after a while.

i advise you to leave cutting to last resort and re potting just depends on if you can make sure it just dont sit in water. I like to make sure i dont over pot so that they plant sits in wet soil to long I go for 1 1/2 in bigger on both sides and 4 in deeper then they roots....but i dont mind re-potting more often like 1 time a year is fine with me.

good luck and ttysoon
mike
