I am 5b. I found this freak today. I do not know what this daylily is thinking. I planted it spring 2020 from a Gilbert Wild lot of Mahieu seedlings. I saw no other scapes in a casual examination of my collection of daylilies. Last year Stella de Oro first bloomed June 10th and this plant first bloomed June 14th. Weird.
