Most recently I made patties and added some olive oil. I will also crumble it and cook with enough olive oil that it doesn't stick. I make pretty simple stuff for myself and I found that I don't need to be so fat-phobic and carb-phobic about every last thing. At this point, mostly I avoid sugar. The only oil I buy is olive. It's rare that I use butter. I also am avoiding what I am allergic to. I know now that I am allergic to chicken, mushrooms, and nightshades. My rash looks better now than it has since this whole thing started. Knock on wood.
