I have a perennial Sunflower that I was given several years ago. It blooms in the fall and grows to about 8' tall. The blooms are maybe 4-6". If you got this plant, be warned that it is very invaisive. I was warned, I got it anyway and I'm glad but I do have to pull up a boat load of them every spring. They grow on runners underground. I have them in a place that I can keep them controlled to a point. They are very dark green leaves and kind of fuzzy feeling. I'll try to find the a picture if I can.
