Welcome to the iris forum. Exotic Touch is a tall bearded iris, so you are looking for rhizomes, not bulbs.
Ask Mt Pleasant Iris if if they still have it.
For future reference, many forum members place their orders for TBs as early as February in oder to reserve what they want even though the rhizomes are not generally mailed for planting until July or August. That's because choice cultivars sell out early.
