ClipClapCat said: Okay so it finally started blooming I guess? But it's only one pup...

1) Aren't there supposed to be more than one?
2) How and when do I remove the pup?
3) Should I repot the main plant? It's still pretty wobbly

I couldn't find a picture of it with its pup but it's inside the "cup"

So glad you got a pup, plant is doing what it is supposed to. On this particular bromeliad I just leave it alone and let the pup grow, since it is an upper pupper, the mom will eventually die away as the pup grows larger. Another pup may still emerge, but sometimes you only get one pup. Can you put some stakes or rocks to stabilize the plant, I was thinking you already transplanted it? I use the wood shish kabob sticks you find in the bbq section of Walmart.
