Greetings All!

We have an ongoing concern with one of three Oakleaf Hydrangeas that is struggling while the two others on either side are doing great. This is the second year that we've seen this, though it seems to be a bit worse this year. Sun exposure and watering are the same for all. Any thoughts as to what the problem is?
