William Radler actually responded! Below is his letter. As you'll see, he does not commit to producing a more fragrant KnockOut. He cites his yellow KnockOut as being fragrant. Some people can detect a faint fragrance, but I can't at the moment. I was amazed at the number and types of roses he's developed, especially since his operation is so small. I'm surprised that some large rose hybridizer hasn't snapped him up.
