Was given a starter peppermint plant from a neighbor and realized afterwards by the instructions stick in the soul that it was not raised organically/naturally. If I replant it in organic soil will it eventually push out the toxic pesticides or are they in there for the life of the plant? May sound incredibly silly but I thought it was worth an ask...because I have no clue. If not I don't want to keep it or eat from it knowing most likely it's been given pesticides since it was a seedling. Thank you!
