How are you doing with your weight loss program, and your skin problems?

I say the heat did it. We never stopped watering stuff in our yard.

The weight loss is still progressing. I had to stop doing NutriSystem because there are very few entrees without nightshades. It's time to get off that processed food anyway. The skin problems do pretty well as long as I avoid nightshades, mushrooms, and chicken. I had a small reaction to salmon last week, but I had the exact same thing twice before with no problem. Perhaps I have extra sensitive periods sometimes. Who knows.
