Hi Cody - I'm feeling your pain. I'm up in Bow (Skagit Valley) and many of mine look like yours too. I think it is the combination of the cold spring and excessive rains (plus winds here). My lilies have been totally bashed by the weather this year.
I don't think they are virused.
