Yes, there are numerous possibilities available. Some are fairly new, some are out of print and some are readily available.
Many books specialize in a particular genus or group of orchids. There are several that are general information works.
Here is one that I refer to a great deal. It is Botanica's Orchids.

I found my copy on Amazon in very good condition for about $10.
It deals mainly with species and has over 1,200 included within.
