A friend got us this "Skeeter Hawk" bug trap for Christmas this year:
Thumb of 2022-06-27/DraDiana/64b8de
I remembered to get it out of the cupboard 9 days ago. I've had to empty dead bugs out of the bottom twice now. I haven't had any mosquitos whining in my ear since. The green bugs that were sucking juice from my plants are dying by the dozens. The cutworm moth bodies are piling up. A carpenter bee and nasty wasp were in the pile. There's dying beetles crawling all around it.
What is NOT in the dead and dying bug pile is butterflies, lightening bugs (fireflies) nor honeybees.
I want to see if the sphinx moths that make tomato horn worms will get killed when they show up. Crossing Fingers! Whistling
