This is not the recipe I have, but the ingredients are the same, EXCEPT, my recipe doesn't have the ground ginger. My recipe calls for bread flour. I used almost all of it when I made those loaves. I mixed up another batch and only had 2 cups left so the rest is AP flour. I'm sure they will be just fine.
