The ENT told my hubby that salt causes the tissues to hold onto water and that precipitates swollen tissues and narrows draining paths ..and the pressure worsens the stuffed feeling and dizziness that can accompany ear issues.. decongestants..to shrink tissue .. antihistamines if it's an allergy created issue.. and cut back salt ..

Of course the decongestant and antihistamine is qualified with ..if there is no medical prohibition to using those agents

People try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved
