I managed to get to and from the gym with no rain although the wind has picked up. I even saw a little sun on my way home. All of the ditches along the roads are full to the top with water. There were a few tree branches down but nothing serious.. I walked around the garden and gathered lots of small branches, nothing major. Just as I'm typing this a rain band moved through but it was gone in less than a minute. The forcast calls for more rain but I'm expecting it to come in bands, not the steady downpour of yesterday. The lake is still raising. I just received a note from the Tampa Orchid Club cancelling the field trip set for tomorrow.
