Thank you for getting back to me.
Yes - pictures 1 and 3 are the same leaf. We have a sprinkler system that waters every other day for about 8 - 10 minutes on that side which is the East side of our garden and receives afternoon direct sun. It is sunny there now in NJ. We do have a rain sensor
I put my finger in the soil about 3 inches and it is slightly damp.

We are in a clay area but when we started planting about 7 years ago they added top soil for planting. We use black mulch.
The pictures below are different parts of the plant where leaves are both spotted and brown edges.
