I was a victim of the reverse. I
Left 3 Vandas in a car parked in the shade with the windows down 2" or so. I went and bowled in my league. About 2 1/2 hours later……. TOAST!!! They were turning soft in spots on leaves and I tried to save them. No luck.
I thought in cooler temperatures of February, low 80's, breezy, that they would be fine! I was horribly wrong.
Orchid lecturer, teacher and judge. Retired Wildlife Biologist. Supervisor of a nature preserve up until I retired.
