I have had Vera Biaglow for over 20 years now, planted in the same location (unfortunately as a willow has enveloped it ) Nevertheless, it always blooms so late here that yesterday was its first bloom of the year - and I missed it More buds to come and it has grown to over a dozen fans despite the willow
This is one of the first pics, taken in 2003

Clearly it is a keeper, especially for its late blooming, and I am now resolved to move it to a more prominent position.
