I have 40% success rate with cuttings, these are what I will recommend:
- select the stem that is about 1.5 to 2 cm in diameter
- keep only 3 youngest leaves on the stem, cut those 3 leaves by half, get rid of the rest of the leaves, even better if you can prune thoses leaves 3 days earlier.
- KEY : let the cutting air dry / callused for 1 to 2 weeks.
- plant the cuttings and keep them in light shade area, no direct sun, minimal watering after 1 week.

I will strongly recommend air layering, as so far air layering give me 100% success rate.
If they look healthy, do nothing
