Don't be sorry, Evelyn! We're really lucky to have two different and lovely places in which to live. Life is full of surprises and we should enjoy those surprises. Of course we also have times of sadness - right now my much loved stepfather is suffering from advanced leukaemia, but he's 96 and still cheerful, loving and full of good humour. I'm happily aware of how fortunate we are.
