my plants get about 8 hours of sun throughout the day ...about an hours worth of semi-filtered morning sun - then shade to about 11:30am ...then full sun until sunset ...6 to 8 hours is a good number

treat adenium like a tropical plant during the summer months ...water to saturation - especially when its hot ..... stop watering in the winter months

the usual flowering time here is June July - with sporadic flowering during the rest of the year ...further north where you are, add about 3 weeks

flowering may not happen if the tips of branches are cut or pruned off too late

for near consistent flowering: water, along with a balanced slow release fertilizer (14-14-14) + an additional fertilizer containing all of the micronutrients: Boron, Calcium, Copper, Iron, Manganese, Molybdenum & Zinc at least once a month
