@Kaktus You have correctly identified the boy parts (the anthers) but the other arrow is pointing at broken/already faded and broken off boy parts. I have reproduced your picture here. As you surmised, the boy parts are the whitish globs, not quite ready. Should look grainy when ready. The girl parts in your picture (the stigma) is coming right out of the center and leaning down to the "seven o:clock" position. It has three appendages (the stigmatic surfaces) and and below that a swollen area, the ovary.
