I would eradicate the Bermuda grass, sorry but I hate it. I want zoysia. Green Grin!

second- I would eradicate the Birch trees, the shade is great but the roots are terribly invasive.

third- I would eradicate the sidewalk going to the back door, its too low and it fills up with water when it rains, I have stepping stones on my sidewalk, how stupid is that? Grumbling
