Perfect! I'm doing something similar this year. I don't have a greenhouse, but I do have a basement. There's a spare room which will serve as my "Brug Room". I can bring in the plants without having to cut them back too much…just trim the leaves. If I shutoff the heating vent, I can probably keep it around 60 degrees.
Not sure about the lighting. So you do want minimal lighting. No grow lights needed, right? I have a shop light in the room now.
I bet Shortys Variegated makes quite the impression when in full bloom. Is she a pink color?
