I always have one plant of Early Girl because they are early, and they are a nice rich flavored tomato. All of the rest of my tomatoes are San Marzano Redorta, they are an amazing Italian tomato with rich flavor for fresh eating, but also make wonderful sauce. I also can a bunch whole for winter use.

I got my original seeds from "Seeds From Italy" years ago, and have saved seeds every year as they are an open pollenated variety. They are my all time favorite tomato.
Politicians are like diapers, they need to be changed often, and for the same reason.
