I just normally use a table spoon with a cup of lukewarm water. Too young, you might have to just pick off the mealies with a tooth pick. And maybe in your water spray bottle spray with water with hydrogen peroxide.

For orchids rubbing alcohol is effective but I think rubbing alcohol will burn the seedlings.
