This plant is not a match for xGasteraloe 'Royal Highness' ... Take a look at the other images here, with one exception (soon to be moved to xGasteraloe 'Flow'), to see the various differences.
Gasterhaworthia (XGasterhaworthia 'Royal Highness')
It could be a xGasterhaworthia as marked, or it could be another plant entirely. I don't really know what to call it except to say that it looks like it has some Gasteria in it (distichous rosettes, texture and leaf color).
Maybe somebody else would know what to call this plant.
