I agree that looks like it is rooted by now. The interesting part is that my rooted cuttings once established develop buds almost the same time as the momma plant.

I grow plumerias from cuttings so I am okay with desert roses propagated from cuttings. My friends who are receiving these rooted cuttings don't mind that they are grown from cuttings.
