There is no real way for me to say with 100% certainty.
There are three plants that immediately come to mind.
Dendrobium convolutum which is a green and purple flowered species.
It could be Dendrobium Andree Millar which is a green and purple flowered hybrid. Dendrobium convolutum is one of the parents of that hybrid.
The third one I thought of is another hybrid called Dendrobium Little Green Apples.

Exactly which plant you have is difficult to say.

I lean towards the last one I mentioned.
Orchid lecturer, teacher and judge. Retired Wildlife Biologist. Supervisor of a nature preserve up until I retired.
