I thank you all for the compliments. Our yo-yo weather is not what orchids thrive in, but at least they are blooming, if not show quality. While the "chids" may not like the weather, I'm happy I'm not suffering with you east coast dwellers.
I hope the Neofineta falcata that I got in a trade will bloom under my care. It's in a wooden basket with bright light, and gets daily water. It looks healthy, so far, but it's still pretty small.
