you need to copy just the youtube video ID

and paste or type it in between the bb code

which I cant actually type or it will show up as a black box here

if you add any empty spaces or the video is not set for public viewing
it too will show up as just a static black box

I tend to preview my posts with videos before I post them just to make sure they are working correctly.
