Hi, Marilyn, Just a "heads up" for you. I noticed that you are planting in clay pots in zone 5. Here in western PA, I had to abandon using clay for my semp containers. During the winter, the freeze thaw cycles outside rapidly crumble the pots. I now exclusively use plastic or home-made wooden containers for all my semps. It might be different in CO, but wanted to save you some trouble and expense if you have that problem there.
