Mona, there is no set fee for sending a padded envelope. It all depends on the weight. I've shipped seeds a few times in small padded envelopes, and it doesn't cost much at all, but I wasn't shipping a huge amount of seeds. The only thing you can send with a set price is the flat rate envelopes and boxes.
